DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Before you get started, 'break through' the first layer of your Color Balm with your fingertips, by rubbing it on the back of your hand for a few strokes. Once you get through the topmost layer, Color Balm is easy to apply.

+ For cheek and lips, apply directly to the skin and blend
+ For eyelids, warm up and apply with clean fingers
+ For a light, buildable color, apply with a clean makeup brush
